RLP Visas Limited, Trading as DJB Passports & Visas, and
henceforth referred to by DJB Passports & Visas, provide a
comprehensive visa and passport service. DJB Passports and Visas will
offer advice, arrange collection of documents and deliver all documents
to embassies/consulates concerned and then return documentation to the
client. |

DJB Passports and Visas endeavour to keep abreast of all new passport
and visa information, but from time to time countries may change their visa
regulations/information and visa charges without prior notice. We will advise
you of any changes as and when we are aware of them but we regret that we
cannot be responsible for inconvenience or loss caused by any changes of
which we are not aware, We reserve the right to pass on any increased charges. |

DJB Passports and Visas service charges are listed and no increase witll
be made once documents have been collected from your offices. |
|
Account holders with DJB Passports and Visas are advised that invoices/statements
are sent on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis as arranged and our terms
are strictly net with payments due within eight days of receipt of invoice.
All other orders must be accompanied by a cheque or cash at the time of
placing order. |

DJB Passports and Visas reserve the right to charge interest at 2 % month
until payment, of all remaining unpaid after 30 days. |

DJB Passports and Visas will use its best endeavours and experience to
ensure the success of all applications. DJB Passports & Visas will not be
responsible for any inconvenience, delays or costs incurred by the refusal
or delay of any consulate or embassy to provide a passport or visa. Please
note that national emergencies can mean the embassy being closed at short
notice. In this event it may not be possible to extract your documentation. |

Whilst the documents are in possession of our staff we will be responsible
for their safekeeping subject to limitations in B4 below. DJB Passports
& Visas will not be responsible for loss / damage of documents whilst in
the hands of embassy staff. |

Through its own services DJB Passports & Visas will do everything possible
to ensure safe movement of all papers and passports. Every assistance reasonably
within our power will be given in the event of unforeseen circumstances. |
|
In the event that DJB passports & Visas are proven negligent
and the clients loss can be proved, damages to a maximum limit of £ 200
per passport plus costs of passport and visa may be payable by DJB Passports
& Visas. |
